Founder & CEO
Vanessa Cantrell
Your biggest encourager. With over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and a deep passion for women's empowerment, she blends movement, mindfulness, and community in every class she leads. Drawing from her background in nonprofit communications and trauma-informed care, Vanessa creates space for students to reconnect with themselves and feel supported both on and off the mat. Her classes are known for their soulful energy, thoughtful themes, and emphasis on how movement makes you feel.

Studio Flow Manager + Instructor
Nicole Rhone
Nicole is the Studio Flow Manager at Embody, supporting studio operations and helping manage the team with ease and heart. As a Usui Reiki Master and current teacher trainee at Embody School of Yoga, Nicole brings deep presence and intention to every class she teaches. Whether guiding a soothing Rest class or a grounding Flow, her offerings always center on helping students return to themselves. Outside the studio, Nicole loves getting lost in fantasy novels, gaming, and celebrating all things Fall.

Studio Vibe Manager + Instructor
Rebecca Lee
Rebecca is the heart behind the Embody experience. As our Studio Vibe Manager, she leads client care, studio hospitality, and retail design with creativity and warmth. A current student in the Embody School of Yoga, Rebecca brings her passion for movement and connection into her classes—teaching Flow + Core and Mommy & Me yoga. She loves hiking, drawing portraits and spending time with her daughter.

Julianna Francis
Julianna brings grace, strength, and intention to every class she leads. With an extensive background in ballet, she’s passionate about creating movement experiences that foster deep mind-body connection. Her mission is to infuse the elegance and discipline of ballet into group fitness, guiding students through Barre Flow classes that are both empowering and grounding. Julianna’s classes are a celebration of movement, connection, and presence.

Ashley Winfield
Ashley is a passionate movement leader and Messiah University graduate with a heart for teaching dance-inspired fitness. A former dancer, she brings creativity, energy, and joy to every Sculpt class she teaches. Known for her beat-driven sequences and uplifting playlists, Ashley loves guiding students through fun, full-body workouts that build strength and spark mind-body connection. Her classes are designed to leave you feeling empowered, joyful, and deeply connected.

Kelsi Knarr
Kelsi brings over 12 years of personal practice and a deep love for yoga into every Flow class she leads. A 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, she offers grounding, intentional sequences that help students reconnect with themselves. Outside the studio, Kelsi works as an HR manager, loves exploring national parks, traveling the world, and is a proud cat mom. Her classes are upbeat, invigorating and centered around mindful movement and balance.

Alex helps bring Embody’s voice to life by managing our social media platforms and building our content library with intention and creativity. A recent Dickinson College graduate, she’s passionate about movement that connects, inspires, and empowers. Whether behind the camera or on the mat, Alex brings warmth, curiosity, and a fresh perspective to everything she creates.
