Private Yoga Sessions

Welcome! I’m Vanessa Cantrell, an experienced yoga instructor (E-RYT 200), trauma-informed certified, and currently expanding my expertise through a 300-hour yoga training and a 2-year yoga therapy program through the Mindfulness Institute. 

 

I’m passionate about supporting women through life’s transitions, whether you're healing from an injury, managing stress and anxiety or navigating finding a feel-good movement practice during pregnancy.

 

In my custom yoga sessions, I work 1-on-1 with clients to develop a personalized 6-week somatic movement plan that fits your unique needs and lifestyle. Whether you're looking to strengthen your body, find relief from pain, or cultivate a deeper sense of calm and balance, I’m here to guide and walk alongside you. 

 

I meet with clients virtually via Zoom or in person at our studio in Carlisle, depending on what’s most convenient for you. Each session is designed with care, focusing on your goals while offering consistent support and guidance to help you on your journey. Together, we’ll create a practice that enhances your well-being, mind, body, and spirit.
